Printing pre-paid tickets

Ensure the ticket printer is turned on and connected to the computer with the USB cable.

  1. Log-in to your ticketsource account

  2. At the top of the screen, go to ‘Customers’

  3. Select ‘Find Customer’

  4. In the ‘Search Customers’ box, enter the surname in which the
    tickets have been booked

  5. Check the address of the customer, making sure that you have the
    right customer details

  6. Select the customer from the list by clicking on it once

  7. Select ‘Customer Bookings’ from the top

  8. Find the show that the customer has booked tickets for

  9. On the right-hand side of the show they booked, go to ‘Actions
    and select ‘Print Thermal Tickets’.
     

Printing tickets for sale in Outlets

Ensure the ticket printer is turned on and connected to the computer with the USB cable.

  1. Log-in to your ticketsource account

  2. Find the date of the show you wish to print tickets for

  3. On the right-hand side of the show you’d like tickets for, select ‘Book Now’

  4. Choose how many tickets you require

  5. Select ‘Next’ at the bottom right

  6. Choose ‘Cash’ as the payment option, since this is the method of paymen
    people will be using in the outlets

  7. Choose ‘Next’

  8. Choose ‘Checkout’

  9. When asked for a name, enter the first name as ‘Box’ and the Surname as
    ‘Office’. You’ll then get to choose ‘Box Office’ as being an actual customer with
    the Royal manor Address.

  10. This appears in a box called ‘Matching Customers’. Choose the one that is
    registered to the theatre’s address, then choose ‘Book Tickets’

  11. You’ll now see a summary of what you’ve done. If you’re satisfied with your
    work, choose the ‘Print Thermal Tickets’ option. The tickets should begin to
    print.

  12. Choose ‘Return to Dashboard’ at the bottom
     

Refunding a booking

  1. Search for the customer from the “Customer” menu > “Find Customer”

  2. Enter the ticket ref or the customers name in the Search box

  3. Identify the entry to refund, then click the Actions menu at the end of the row

 

 

Adding Box Office Sales from the night

  1. Log into TicketSource

  2. Search for the event, by ticking the include past events 

  3. Add a search term to narrow down results

  4. Click the orange ticket and book using the “Box Office” customer. This customer will have the address of the theatre.

 

 

Refunding Pre-printed or sold tickets

  1. Log into ticketsource

  2. Search for the event, by ticking the include past events 

  3. Add a search term to narrow down results

  4. Click the Actions and show a sales report

  5. Click on the customer to refund, then select the booking in the Customer Bookings tab
